A.We didn't stir the mixture correctly using the required dosage of water (it is rather thick). Follow the instructions written on the adhesive bag, add in water, stir the mixture with an electric stirrer, leave 10’ to “thicken” and stir again.

B.It is possible that the adhesive has “absorbed” humidity due to bad storage.

C.We’ve used too much water (add powder).
