The adhesive is not stuck on the substrat

A.The substrat is not clean (has dust, oils etc.)

B.The substrat underwent prior processing with special non-absorbing materials.

C.We have not used the correct type of glue for the specific substrat (consult the guide at the end of the manual for the adhesive types and where each one is applied)

D.The adhesive too thick.

E.The substrat has retained liquids or high humidity.

ALL THE ABOVE COULD RESULT TO THE NON-STICKING OF THE ADHESIVE AND OF THE TILE RESPECTIVELY.
